Titus and Annitah

Titus Arinaitwe runs the safaris. He drives, he guides, he answers the phone, and if something goes wrong at nine at night he is the one who fixes it. Annitah Arinaitwe is co-director and runs the finances. They are married, they hold 70% and 30% of the company respectively, and both hold a certificate in tourism and hotel management.

They also run a children's home and a primary school on Lake Bunyonyi, which they have done since 2016 and which is the reason this company was started. That story is here.

The team

Around eight people work with Titus — guides, drivers and a reservations officer — some full-time, some called for particular trips. Our head guide holds a Uganda Tourism Board tour-guide licence, number UTB/TG/2023/10518, which you are welcome to check. One of our guides works comfortably in French.

We are not putting names and photographs of individual staff on this page until each of them has agreed to it in writing. That is slower than inventing a team page, and it is the only version we are prepared to publish.

You should not take a website's word for any of this. Everything below is on a public register or a document we will send you if you ask.

The Uganda Tourism Board operator licence and membership of the Association of Uganda Tour Operators are both in progress. We will list the numbers here the day they are issued, and not before — an application is not a credential, and a company that claims one it does not hold is telling you something about itself.
